Payment Policy

This policy describes accepted payment methods, payment authorization rules, currency display, tax shipping breakdown at checkout, and anti‑fraud measures for both U.S. domestic orders and international orders shipped to Germany, Spain and Ireland.

We accept the following credit and debit cards for all domestic US and EU international orders:

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the final total amount displayed at checkout, including merchandise subtotal, shipping fees, and any applicable cross‑border surcharges.

If a payment cannot be authorized, verified, or flagged by our security system, the order may be automatically canceled for fraud and account protection purposes, and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment account.

Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping Charges

Currency: Base product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Euro (EUR) currency conversion is available for customers checking out to Germany, Spain and Ireland for reference only; the final transaction will be settled in USD, and your card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees.

US Domestic Orders: Listed product prices do not include sales tax. Applicable state sales tax will be calculated and added during checkout based on your shipping address within the United States.

International Orders (Germany, Spain, Ireland): Website product prices do not include EU import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or any local administrative charges. All destination country taxes and levies are the sole responsibility of the recipient and collected separately upon arrival by the carrier or customs authority.

Shipping fees: All applicable domestic or international shipping charges are clearly itemized on the checkout page prior to you submitting payment.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our store and cardholders from unauthorized transactions, we may request additional identity or billing address verification for high‑value, cross‑border, or high‑risk orders.
If an order fails our verification process, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately and process a full refund to the original payment method without further liability.
